Youth Services

As the only black trans-led pioneer organization in both Miami Dade and Broward County dedicated to serving black transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, and other gender-expansive youth between the ages of 14 and 24. We offer support and empowerment through a combination of creative arts and holistic wellness approaches. By providing the only BRAVE space, The McKenzie Project aims to foster personal growth, self-expression, and well-being among marginalized youth in the community. Through our programs, we strive to address the unique challenges faced by black TGNCNB+ individuals, and their families to promote mental health, self-esteem, and resilience.
